By accessing or using University of Success™ — whether the free tier or any paid tier — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Free enrollment grants access to the seven introductory lessons and the Ten Principles. Paid tiers (Pro, Cohort, Certified) grant the access described at the time of purchase via Stripe. Access is granted to the purchasing individual and is non-transferable.
The Cohort program is designed for participants who have completed the Pro curriculum. Purchasing Cohort access without Pro enrollment may limit your ability to fully participate in the program. No refunds are issued on this basis unless agreed in writing.
All curriculum content, frameworks, and materials — including the RPAT™ framework, PCR Control™, Quadzistor™, Context Capitalism™, and all University of Success™ materials — are the intellectual property of AI² | Asymmetric Intelligence & Innovation and David P. Reichwein. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
Refund requests for paid tiers are handled through Stripe's refund policy. We honor refund requests made within 7 days of purchase if the curriculum has not been substantially accessed. Contact hello@universityofsuccess.com with questions.
Community access included with enrollment requires respectful engagement. We reserve the right to revoke access for conduct inconsistent with the values of this university — including harassment, bad-faith participation, or misrepresentation.
University of Success™ curriculum is educational in nature. Results vary. Nothing in the curriculum constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. AI² and David P. Reichwein are not liable for decisions made based on curriculum content.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled users.
